:: happenings and such ::

It's been a productive week thus far, and it's only Tuesday. I've been deep in the land of custom orders. I just finished this blanket and pillow combo for a dear dear friend... it's made of all her favorite tour shirts.





Next on the to do list : a bouqet made from fabric for a lovely friends wedding. Then I promise I will be rolling new summer items in shop. Got to love being busy!


Oh and I almost forgot! My sweet husband surprised me with the most fantastic of birthday gifts... a trip to Pittsburgh to see The Avett Brothers! I think I jumped around like a giddy child.

    Jealous!!! I haven't gotten any avett tickets yet!
    And a fabric bouquet?? LOVE it. Will have to remember that.

    I jumped all around our living room.. we don't typically do gifts for each other, so it was an awesome surprise :)

    and yep, I've never made one of these, so i'll be sure and let you know how it goes!
