This past weekend we celebrated the upcoming arrival of Gus Oliver. We spent the day with a lovely group of family and friends .. all of whom made sure to make this little fella feel super loved. It's so wild to think that in a little under six weeks this house will be filled with a new life.

Another week has come and gone ... and Friday has decided to show up all bright and sunshine-y.
This past week saw new items come into the shop, a severe house cleaning - ahem nesting, making goodies for the kiddos, and party planning. This weekend will see a party for Gus and St. Patrick's Day fun at home. I have a little lady in my house who has been demanding green cookies for awhile, so I'll be sure to let you know how that goes!

: a little update and such :

Hello folks!
It has been quite some time since I last updated things on here. Lots has been going on in our neck of the woods ... Ruby turned 4, we had several good snow days, and we are preparing for Gus's arrival .. which is only 8 weeks away. I've also been sewing here and there and updating the shop as I go. I will save you a long winded read and instead go the route of a picture montage.
